Refrigerator leaks on shelf

I have a Frigidaire model FRT17G4BW1. It is leaking water on the first shelf of the refrigerator from the part that is behind the light bulb. I believe there is styrofoam inside of that part and white tubing on the bottom. There are no drain plugs on the back to see if the tube is blocked. How do I fix this?
