i want to put weight on as i only weigh 7st i want to know how much this in lbs

i don't know i can put weight on i don't feel hungry i try to eat and i get full really quickly no matter how slow i eat

That's a gift. You have something most women drool at the thought of having. Seriously though,Things like Potatoes help you gain weight.
