What is the best and eay way tor educe weight?

I have tried many ways. But So far not much success. Can anyone suggest soem useful and easy tips? Thanks in advance.

The best way to loose weight would be to follow a healthy diet along with four to five day excersie schedules. you could try aerobic, cycling or walking as long and you get into some kind of exercis it is fine and try to avoid junk food and eating between meals. These are the main reasons for gaining weight and keep track of how much weight you are loosing so as to motivate yourself

You should lessen the intake of pork and beef and also drink plenty of water before eating so you wont consume more foods and also drink water after eating and dont eat desserts or foods that are rich in sugar. Always exercise everyday but dont eat plenty after your exercise. Make sure you sleep 7 to 8 hours a day because those people that only sleep less than 4 hours will be more prone to be obese for if your sleep are lesser theres a possibility that you want to intake more foods. I hope this tips will help you.

1st of all if thats you in the picture, you don't need to lose weight. But if you must, stay out of McDonalds ,Wendy's,KFC,Burger King and fridge. Take the stairs and walk when ever possible. Ride your bike. Soft drinks are a killer.

Staying on a strict routine will take a long long time... And if you starve yourself, you will definitely end up with an unstable body metabolism... & will only make you eat more. So, a balance diet + regular exercise (aerobics/weight training/jogging/etc..) is the only solution. NOTE: willpower is the key. Trust me, i've experienced this and those days were horrible, but now i'm fit and fine.

The easier and the more interesting the weight loss method the better. For someone who has tried and failed I would first make a list of all the things you might have done wrong. Like cheating and breaking your diet one night, not exercising as much as you had planed, not getting enough sleep (Very important believe it or not.), etc etc. First I would ask what have you tried so far? Then I can more easily advice what to try.

Get plenty of exercise and a healthy diet. Drink lots of water and limit the sweets. Don't be afraid to have an occasional treat, but make sure that you don't keep them close by. A high cupboard where you have to put extra effort to get to them is a great idea. That way you don't just grab one without thinking. Don't deprive yourself of the foods you love entirely because you will only crave them more, but limit the amounts and the frequency. That's how I lost 35 pounds.

lifestyle change. exercise and diet. Just count calories eat 30 for every kilogram of wieght you want to maintain and then exercise the excess away. Keep a journal of all your input calories it will make you aware of what you eat.

Drink a large glass of hot water with one whole lemon on empty stomach. Dont add anything to it either honey, sugar, jaggery or salt. Dont take Ur coffee r tea upto 2 hrs after drinking lemon water. As far as possible eat fibred foods. If U dont get fibred foods buy OAT BRAN in the shop. Take two tea spoonful of OATS add it hot water. Stir well. That Oats is soluble fibre. Drink with little bit of jaggery. Dont use sugar in Ur daily use. Dont eat oily foods, fried things. Dont eat white bread. Eat brown bread. Eat bananas with their peels. After ur lunch dont sleep. i can suggest a very mild and energising tomato soup followed by chappathi made of wheat and soya flour (3:1 proportion)and a cup of boiled vegetable... this is for lunch and dinner,, always have citrus fruits, drink a glass of cold water if you feel hungry.. it reduces ur hunger and daily we should drink atleast seven litres of water...

Hey try out fruit juice diet. All that you need to do is Live on fruits and fruit juice for 20 days and you will see extremely good results. Trust me this works and this has worked with me and my friends.
