Hi. I have just started to browse YouTube and have some difficulty in viewing some videos. When I click on a video that I want to see, it does not run. I try to refresh it, and maybe out of 10 tries, one would run, but again back to square one. The screen would say 'loading' and the status bar at the bottom or the screen will turn red, stating the actual time of the said movie clip. I also tried clicking pause and play, but still the same. Is there a problem on my computer? Or it may be a firewall or something? Am using DSL, not a dial up connection. Help please!!!

I think that there is a problem with your internet connection. It is probably running slow at the moment, which happens sometimes. Try taking the power cord out oyour router and/or modem and put it back in after a couple of seconds. If this is just happening now and it worked in the past, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It will be back when your internet conection is normal the next time you use your computer. Your internet connection could have also been reduced by your service provider if you have a limit on your downloads.

Thanks lenywp. The internet connection might have been reduced by the service provider. Tried playing with the cords but it is still the same. At least, I am a bit happy at at least out of 10, I can still view one, hehe. Regards!

I agree. It might be the internet connection. If this is just happening recently, you may also want to try to reboot your pc and reconnect your LAN / modem cable. That way, it will refresh everything. Or, try to lessen downloads that are multi-tasked via P2P softwares or torrents. THey also eat up your internet speed. :)
