Getting More Referrals

How does one go about getting more referralls? Are there websites that you can use? I'm talking about for any program on the internet. Any advice would be helpful.

It's really easy to make a splash page on there and it has other resources you can use.
To build a splash page and I promote that on traffic exchanges, I've also done a blog post about mylot.

There are lots of places to ger referrals, a good place to find people who like mylot would be other forums as you know people there like forums, if you go to business forums you know they like to make money as well.
Other places that are free are traffic exchanges and safelists.
