i wouldn't. there are so many people going hungry, that if ever i'd have money to spend, i'd spend it on them, not on pets.

I would do anything I could to save one of my pets. They are a part of my family and I feel like I have a very special bond with them. They have always been there for me to cheer me up and help me get through the tough times. They have been better friends to me than most of my human friends. Animals can love you unconditionally, which is more than what can be said for a lot of people. Spending money on their health care and happiness is the least I can do to repay them for all of the love and happy memories they have given me.

you must have a special relationship with your pets, that's nice to hear. i have known some people who are like you, too. they'd rather spend more on their dogs rather than on some people, because, for one reason, their dogs couldn't betray them, while some people could.

I do spend on my pets. They are part of my family and I buy them special treats and toys. If I saw someone who was hungry yes I would help them as much as I could.

There is no limit to how much I would spend on an animal if I could afford it. I have just as much respect for animals as I do humans, I just see them as speaking a different language and looking differently.
