i have problems with head clogging up

when i get over heated i allways feel like my head has pressuer realy bad, why?

If you get heat exhaustion you can get a headache. Heat exhaustion occurs when you sweat off more fluids and minerals than you have consumed. The way to avoid getting over heated and getting the headaches is to drink plenty of fluids while outside.
