do those hours fit your body or do you wake tired? do you believe each person needs 8 hours of sleep in order to be healthy? The National Sleep Foundation maintains that seven to nine hours of sleep for adult humans is optimal and that sufficient sleep benefits alertness, memory and problem solving, overall health, as well as reducing the risk of accidents..what do you think about this?

My sleeping cycle is totally wrecked. I want to sleep in the night and wake up in the morning like "normal" people. However, I can't break free from the situation that sees me sleeping in the morning and waking up in the afternoon. :(

I'm sure seven to nine hours would be helpful for sleep. I could lay in bed, but sleep would be impossible. Each year, I seem to sleep a shorter amount of time; however, my father did the same.

i think that is correct. if i sleep usually less than 8 hours a night which is usually i feel tired and dont have much energy throughout the day and i also get annoyed when i am tired as i like to be left alone
