How should I brush my teeth?

A hard type of brush or a soft one? I don't like soft one because I feel it's not cleaning my teeth that better what is your advise?

Use soft toothbrushes,hair brush or three of the country's toothbrushes.

You can continue your brushing with a hard one provided you don't use it with excessive pressure and rough in movement, I mean a gentle and proper movement will not cause any damage to your teeth as such. If you feel better with the hard brush it's ok but do not get your gums spoiled. The direction of the brush brstles shold be from top to bottom and bottom to top type. Buy a brush of some good make /manufacturer, because if the top level of the bristles if not in level can damage your gums a lot. The top end of every bristle of the brush be rounded type and not in a chisel form. Take care of your teeth you need them to laugh.

Personally, I prefer medium brush. That way, I feel like my teeth are getting cleaned adequately, but my gums aren't rubbed raw by a hard brush. Soft brushes also feel like they do little for me.
