What is your point of view of "purpose of life"?

Recently, too many things happend in my life that all sudden I felt I am lost. I don't know what's the purpose of life for me anymore. Everything I feel important and care about now are going against me....health, marriage, finance, parenting...etc. I feel I have been devote 100% or even 200% in life to what I cherish about, but now...seems everything turning upside down to me. Can anyone tell me what's your purpose of life?
