if i start running would my breast go down?

would my breast go down or lose weight if i start running..im afraid that if im going to stop breastfeeding my baby and dry up the milk inside my breast would my breast get a little bit smaller and go down?eeew..that's nasty!is there any ways not to make them smaller?...i hope so
