Recession Looming

Is recession looming in the US? Heard there was a big stir up in the US Wall Street yesterday? Saw the share prices are going down? How prepared are we for the next recession? They were saying, recession will happen every 7 years of good reapings in the economy. Anyone has any say? I am a little worried 'cos during the recession a lot of companies would start laying off people as they need to downsize....:

Share prices predicted 10 of the last 3 recessions . Share prices are better in predictions about when a recession is nearly over. An economic recession is possible and we should always be prepared on it,prepared but not affraid. I don't think a recession should last long,of course I can be wrong.
