I Believe in Luck, But I Really Think Luck is Made By Yourself

I get so sick of people thinking we are lucky. curcumstances are what you make of them. Decision making and risk taking are important factors too. Do you think that a person is lucky when they seem to have every thing they want? Or when they seem like they are happy with thier lives? Another thing is that being happy with what you have is not always "settling" i get this alot too. Like i am depriving my family by buying "used" stuff all the time or being very cheap. It's not true. My kids know the value of a dollar and they want things too but they understand that if we spend all of our money on extras then we cannot have everything we need.
