People say living in Apartment are safer than living in Individual houses.I know lot of people live in apartments.As far as iam concerned it is very dull and lonely.If anything happens to someone in the house in a apartment no body bothers to know or willing to help.But living in a separate house or an annexe situation is completely different.As tenants come forward to help one another when people face problems.What do you feel about this?
