Chatting is Cheating is it Right?

In my view chatting is cheating because every one gives false details in chat room. Quote your suggestions please.

thats why I never want to chat in public room
I only chat with people that I knew. At least from forum ^^

chatting will just be called cheating if you yourself do not tell the truth to the one you are chatting with..but if you are honest to the best as you can it will be sharing who you really are to other people...if they dont want to tell the truth never mind them just still be honest...by then you can also find honest people...
