Vitamins, minerals, proteins. which food is rich in all the three?

I am a teenager and have varied food chart. But in this period, i need the food sources that are rich in all the three basic things like vitamins, minerals and proteins for proper growth.

You will have to take milk. Then, natural foods will include fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. Carrots for beta carrotene, cabbage for vitamin C, green leafy vegetables for iron, fruits will give plenty of vitamin C. Fruits and vegetables provide a number of nutrients and are therefore musts for us to have in our daily diet. Never forget those 8 to ten glasses of water.
