I have been thinking of starting a traffic exchange site, but I want a program for it that will allow manual and auto surf, along with banner advertising, paid to click advertising and allow upgrades and all that fun stuff. I have no idea where to start looking though. Anyone know any good programs for a traffic exchange? It would be really helpful if you could give me at least one site that uses it, so I can decide if it's what I really want to use.
