Super fruit smoothie

Makes 1 serving. Note: peel, pit or hull, and dice the fruit as needed to get 1 cup.
1 cup mango, strawberries, cantaloupe, yellow peaches. bananas, or papaya.
1/2 cup chilled juice (orange, apple, mango, pear, or any other pure juice) or 3 tablespoons fruit juice concentrate
1/2 cup crushed ice cubes (optional)
Place the fruit, juice, and ice cubes, if desired, together in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!!

Banana Latte Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
* 1 cup milk
* 3/4 cup strong coffee, chilled
* 2 bananas
* 6 ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
