doing yoga half an hour properly, will help you to lose weight.

Yoga is the best remedy we can have to lose weight, as well as getting rid of all sort of disease we suffer from. yoga(especially pranayam), help is to be away from all disease and lead healthy life. It removes our stress and stress is themain problem for all sorts of disease. So are you doing yoga?pls reply

i dont know much abt yoga but i do backbone exercise everyday. this exercise is very important for those who use to spend more than five hours on internet.

What are Backbone exercises? Please tell me this. I spend like 8 to 10 hours or more online and my back do start to really hurt at some point during my time online

I do Yoga (asanas or poses) at home every day. It was difficult at first to maintain the discipline, but it gradually started to be a part of my life. With regular practise your body becomes much more flexible, your muscles get firmer and it has an extremely positive impact on mind and body altogether. I wouldn´t want to do without it.

Yes I do yoga three to four times a week and I agree it is so healthy for you. Just stretching out the body is a great thing to do. I do believe it helps with all kinds of things.

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT it is india's culture but today's busy schedule dont allow people some time to their self but i suggest people start this with 5 minutes a weak WHY! because everyone wants success,happiness,health,wealth,fame & money is not the only solution of that TO ACHIVE THESE THINGS U NEED TO SHARPEN UR AXE internal growth is must rather than outer growth through meditation & yoga u can give strength to ur self

I took a kundalini yoga class for a while, and it was so great. I had more energy, I felt better in my body, and I think if I did it more regularly, yes it would help me lose weight. Unfortunately the instructor moved away, so now I have to either do it on my own or find another class to join. I have to say, also, that yoga is great fun. Even when it is hard, it feels great to be able to hold a pose for your goal time, or to do 26 frog poses as we do in kundalini yoga. It is the first time, other than walking or biking, that I've had fun exercising.
