Workout Tunes and Sites with good ab exercises on them

Does anyone know any names of singers and grougs that have good tunes to workout to. Also does anyone know of any sites with good exercises for your abs or other types of exercises as well. I attend my local gym but i am trying to put together my own home work out too. Ball workouts is another one i am looking for for home workouts and free weights as well. I am also looking for people into the same things to discuss work out ideas and for progress buddies to help keep motivated.

Did you find a workout buddy or someone to share ideas and progress? Hope so, because it sure helps to exercise with someone.
I often see workout videos at used bookstores and they are pretty cheap because they are used. HalfPrice Books always has some. I don't know what you have near you, but check out used bookstores. Also video rental places often sell their used videos at greatly reduced prices. Maybe you could find something there.
I don't work out. I don't even do regular physical activity. I know I should at least keep moving more, but I've had so much pain lately that I don't want to do anything much, especially if it is painful. And nearly everything feels painful right now. I keep hoping that spring weather will get here to stay a while and then bring along summer. It will help reduce my pain and increase my motivation to get out and walk.
