The key to a healthy marriage is to keep your eyes wide open before you wed, and half-closed thereafter. How many of us will go thru' a premarital counselling, which is the key to a healthy marriage. When we enter into a marriage with an array of private opinions about how life will be lived after the wedding, and the stage is set for major problems. Hence, will you and your the other half engage a competent marriage counsellor in order to identify the assumptions each partner holds and to work through areas of potential conflict.

marriage!!! huuhh... In order to have a healthy marriage, the two persons involved must have love, trust, respect, understanding, loyalty and faithfulness to each other.. these must be present to each others hearts. and the two persons involved must fill each others needs. They also must listen to their partners wants/needs. And most of all, Let God be the center not only to your hearts but as well sa to your life and to your relationship so that no matter what trials, barriers, challenges may come into your ways, your will surely surpass.

More than consulting a marriage counselor, putting God first in the center of the relationship is the key to a healthy marriage. If you do that, any conflict arising between a couple will be resolved because if we cling on to Him we become individuals who are kindhearted, open minded, setting pride aside. Factors which are important during conflicts.

I don't believe in marriage, so I can tell you my opinion on healthy relationships:) I think it is the feeling that you are needed - someone always listens to you, cares of you ect. "I don't care " - is the worst thing you can tell someone you love.
