Congratulations on having the baby. Are you sure it is flabby? (fat) or is it stretched skin. Also kind of need to know how long ago the birth was and if you have tried anything yet. I tried for years to get rid of my belly after the births of my children with no luck at all. I could lose the weight but still had some hanging over. finally I got sick of looking at ( after years) Had a tummy tuck and come to find out, there was very little fat, mostly stretched out skin and muscle that the Dr told me would never have gone away. I am sure there will be others who will tell you crunches and situps, which will work if your belly is in good condition still and just needs some toning. Good luck

Thats an excellent question!! I wish I had a good answer, but unfortunately I still get asked "when my baby is due" at least weekly - and he is 1 year old now! I cut out fast food and that took off about 10 pounds, but as for firming and toning exercise must be the only way, and what new mom has time for that?

Congratulation on having a baby! If you want to lose your flabby tummy, I suggest you to do push ups. Make sure you eat good before the training, and also do some warm up before it.

I am the same and originally thought that it was just were the muscles were stretched and I needed to tone them. However I have learnt since that it is just fat and the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight. So I have cut down the fat in my diet and am walking more each day and it is slowly going down.

I recently gave birth with my second daugther and i also experienced having flabby tommy. To toned my tommy, I will just have a number of set up a day and a little bit of exercising. Going to the gym takes time so just do it on your own home.
