Noises or Sounds that you Just can't Stand to Hear...

I was sitting here with my co-workers a few ago and we were talking about noises or sounds that they just can't stand to hear...
One of my co-workers said she can't stand to hear someone biting on spoons or utensils, it's something about that metal sound..lol
The other one said she don't like to hear the scratching of a chalk board, she said it makes her want to grind her teeth...
Myself, I can't stand to hear someone tear foam boxes up or regular card board boxes...I will run out the room or close my ears, It the worst sound to me...lol
When you think about it, what are some of the things that just simply gets you to grinding your teeth or just plain irritating when you hear that sound?
Please share any stories you have...

I can't stand to hear the screaking of any type of styrofoam material.It brings a chill..

I can't stand to hear:
People eating with their mouths open (smacking sounds)
People sucking sauce off their fingers (smacking sounds)
People biting their fork or spoon
People blowing their noses
The cat or dog vomiting
As you can probably guess, I have a hard time sitting at the table eating with others. I do best in a loud restaurant where the music and chatter drowns out the eating noises.

Yes,I used to grind my teeth when someone scratched on the chalkboard.I can't stand the sound chalk makes on a slate either.And one more that I don't like is the ticking of a clock when I am trying to sleep ,that's why I changed to digital clock.
The other one I like to stay away from is a driller on the wall,but that's better than nails on the blackboard.

heheeh Trimming their toenails..lol. WOW..I would stay away also..
With the boxes it's moreso they are tearin it apart instead of just throwing it away, Like moving boxes..I don't like the sound at all...or the white foam that comes in the boxes say like televisions, I don't like that either

screeching gangs of squirrels at 7 am
that car alarm that cycles thru about 6 noises
the weird cry some cats make before they throw up
that's a few,anyway ;)

I also can't stand the scratching of a chalk board but the worse sound I have ever heard and it still drives me nuts is a cats high pitched meow.....my mother use to laugh at me because I'm an animal lover....

I guess the continuing sound would get to anyone...lol...It amazes me what things make people cringe, I can't stand being around people who rip up those foam things in the electronic boxes...

This reminds me of our neighbor's dogs. They actually have 5 dogs that when one starts barking the other 4 followed barking. Those are real noise and I hate it when my 2 year old boy is having his nap time and their barking ruins everything. We already talked to the owners but they didn't react at all. We just have to live with it. right?

Trust me i can't stand the sound of sneakers making a friction(screeching)on the floor.more so a bite of a sugarcane,try grinding sowing threads and you will kill yourself.how about noise from an error microphone you know what i mean by that.i hate such sounds.

I hate the sound of machines.Yesterday when I was programing some machines were working for a building near my house3 .I lost all the concentrations & was compelled to stop the work.I also hate the sound of horns

That has actually happened to me as bad as it sounds...My friend son was vomiting when we was out at dinner, I ended up vomiting from him..lol sad huh..lol Just made me sick as I don't know what

The one that has always bugged me is the cinckly annoying sound of a potatoe chip bag. I used to always make my kids put their chips in bowls. That noise really drives me bonkers.

oh wow, that's interesting, but it would mess up mine too, I would wanna go play :) and the nails that just send chills up my spine...
