daughter trying to make me jelous

i'm sure some of you read my post on how my 3 year old daughter hates to be cuddled. well she's got this elmo doll that is basically her best friend. she's always hanging on to it. she'll sit there knowing i'd love a kiss from her and i'll hear her kissing elmo over and over again and she'll say mom look at me. she makes sure i see her kissing elmo and not me. it's so funny cause she makes it out to be a game and she hopes that i'll come steal a kiss but when i do she usually just likes the game of me pretending to be upset and tickling her to stop kissing elmo and begging for one of those kisses. it's so cute.

My daughter is sixteen and she doesn't like to be kissed and she really doesn't like her mom around much. At three we played all kinds of games like this only instead of elmo it was her doll or even her daddy. I love hearing your stories about your daughter. They bring back great memories of my own. Thank you

thanks, i don't do much else but take care of my daughter so i worry people will start to get annoyed because all i have to talk about is my daughter. but i'm glad you enjoy the stories of the cute things she does.
