we want to organise health camps in interior tribal areas of Orissa, We are a ream of Doctors. Two PaediatriciansOne Gynolcolgist, One Pathologist,,( All retired as Professors & HODs of MKCG Medical College,) One Optholmologist, one general Medicine ( Adult) and one General Administration.We can rope in more doctors if need be.i We have selected areas Like, Tumba, Koinpur, RudhaPadar, KoradaSingh, Kerandimal, Mohana, Digapahandi, etc. of Ganjam & Gajapati Districts,People ( Tribals Saora, Khonds) are poor, and live in bare existance. We need, a Vehicle, medicines, equipment like Microscope, reagents and equipment for testing blood. sugar, Urine,sputum. stool, MP. All these areas are pendamic with Malaria, We need,Lot of medicines of Chlroquin. and medicines for malaria. We can take the help of local people and NGOs to do the ground work and supporting work. They are also anemic, mal nutrition, and need protien rich diets, like soya, bulger veg oil. All the doctors are committed and prepared to go and work in these areas, free. They need facilities like, stay for overnight, food, conveyance etc. There is a team Manager ( self) to arrange and programme the camps, who knows well al these areas, people, and their customes and local language.Can we get any help for Vehicle, medicines, & equipment, and preferable a mobile medica unit.
