have you experienced giving advises with doubt?

there are times, when someone is asking for an advice, i cannot give my 100% sincerity. I doubt the things that i said and realized it at the end of the conversation, if i say a right one or worst that it would end up much unclear.

giving an advice to somebody, it should be strong and firm. first we should identify the particular topic or problem to be taken. after we studied that particular issues, we give our advice with no doubt as we believe ourselves.
