How do i get milk stains out of my baby's blanket?

This blanket is from mexico and it's by Baby Mink. it was given to me by a lady who cleans my house once every few months. My son spit up on it and i soaked it imediately but the stain will not come out! what can i do to get the stain out? This blanket has to be handwashed and air dried. It can not be put in the dryer.

I had some baby clothes that my child had worn. They were stained with formula and had been in storage for about 15 years or so. When I wanted to give them to my child for her baby, I soaked them overnight in a product called Trizyme. It is made by Amway. And I still use it for my laundry and for soaking really stuck-on foods in pots and pans. No more scouring for me!
