Can I rate any discussion without responding to it?

The answer is yes to both. You can rate discussions and responses without actually participating in them. I have done this, especially if I feel it is a good discussion, but I really have nothing to add to what has already been said. You can also rate others pictures and leave comments; this pertains to the pictures the have listed on their profile page only though. I hope this helps. Welcome to myLot and happy posting.

you can rate it, but doesnt mean you will get pay lol, so go ahead and be rating thing happy, i am sure it would be fun, i dont think they would stop you if you do that
