Ever heard of Brava?

My friend told me about something called Brava. It is supposed to be a way to increase your br. size. I went to the site and it says its a "clinically proven nonsurgical approach to br. enlargement that actually grows br. tissue." Has anyone used this? Its really weird. Instead of pills of cream, they use some kind of dome thats placed on top of the br. that creates a vacuum. You are supposed to wear it like ten hrs a day for ten to fourteen weeks. I have never heard of this before. Is it too good to be true? Has anyone heard or used this before?
