I get interested to try kimchi when I started watching Korean dramas a year ago. I bought a bottle of kimchi in a supermarket and tried it. I like the taste and started buying it since then. I only tried one kind of kimchi, the chinese cabbage because its the only available kimchi in the supermarket. Anyone who can share other kind of kimchi?

i started eating kimchi because it was introduced to me by some korean friends. at first, i really didn't like the smell. but after a while i got used to it and i find it delicious and has a unique taste. the koreans survive with just eating rice and kimchi. i've turned korean as well since i've been eating it this way. i just cook rice and eat kimchi and seaweed with it. there are many different kinds of kimchi, these are the kinds that i know: cucumber radish onion leeks mint leaves there are so much more different kinds but i'm not very familiar with it already. have you tried kimchi fried rice? you can put tuna or pork with it. yummy!! or you could also make kimchi soup. kimchi plus water plus tuna or pork. kimchi soup!
