hi guys can i know how to loose more pounds with simple exersise and how to maintain diet

I just started using a stationary bike and I can really tell the difference in my waist line and legs. It is working!

It is simple in theory you have to output more energy than you input. In other words you need to burn more calories than you eat in food. By curbing the amount you eat(portion control, less snack foods) you can make great gains. Also, try not to eat right before you go to bed as this will slow down your metabolism. Exercise is also needed as this will speed up your metabolism. Start small and then work up to increasing what you do everyday. Couple all this with drinking 8 glasses of water per day and you will make some significant strides. Good luck. cheers

Lessening your food intake will help you lose some weight. But it will be faster if you exercise. If you don't have a gym membership you could go jogging around your block.
