Do u wake up early in the morning

I wake up daily by 5.30 a.m..its in practice from my childhood.Even if i wish to sleep my mom will not allow me as she will say take your tea and then sleep which is not possible so i try getting up early even in holidays.I will work on my part time job for an hour and then get ready to catch my bus to go office.getting early morning makes us feel fresh and reduces the last minute hurry if we get up late.Its better to avoid last minute tension.
