It is one of the largest contemporary constructions projects in the world, covering an area of 260 hectares. Hydropolis is not a project for Joachim Hauser, but it is a passion for him. Joachim Hauser is the developer and designer of the Hotel. The 300 million pound, 220 suite hotel is due to open in the end of 2007 and will incroporate a host of innovations that will take it far beyond the original blueprint for an underwater complex.
