Do you have any miss call alert in your cell phone?

I have one, if anyone call it or try to miscall it then before ringing in my cell phone the light of miscall alert is blinking then I can understand that someone is calling me and if miscall is coming from unknown then I press yes button then miscall is received and thus now I do not get any unwanted miscall in cell phone. This miscall alert light is made in China.

I don't have that one but I have a beeb sound when someone leaves me a message. I get to find out that I have missed calls when I try to use the phone. It will be there on the screen before you can use it.
