Chiropractic,healing system that focus on the structure of the body

I read or heard several times before, about chiropractic but i do not know what exactly it is.So i go and look for that information.According to that source a chiropractor can often diagnose and treat disorders related to muscoskeletal system.This include lower back pain,arthritis in the neck,neck and shoulder pain,tension headache (both side of the head),sciatica.But according to that source,chiropractic is not suitble for everybosy.There are people who unsuitable for this type of treatment. Any of you have experience on this?
