What will happen to Sachin after the worlcup 2007...if he fails (God forbid)

Some people in India, despite huge expectation, are worried Sachin may not fare that well in this world cup. His status has reach such a height now (deservingly, given his talent), if he fails we take it personally. Sometimes if India looses but Sachin sparkles - we tend to take huge consolation in it. Question is, god forbid, if Sachin fails in this world cup, and India does not do well (again God forbid), will we make him a scape goat...will we indians blame him for this? For me personally I love this person, not only for onfield heroics (oh! those exquisite front foot extracover drives!!!), but also for his off field demeanour, non-controversial personality, his perfect family life (compare here with Brian Lara or Shane warne) .....he is a perfect celebrity to idolize...an example for young generation. So failure or non failure/India wins or looses Sachin will remain Sachin for me forever...what do you think about it? please opine

Sachin tendulkar is a cricketer,but above that he is a human...win and lose will happen in everyone's life.As a true fan we have to congratulate when he plays well and same time we have to support when he is out of form..The problem that sachin faced may happen in every famous stars..I have no doubt about sachin's talent.... All this are my personal view....thank you

Sachin has always been a very good player at all times.Sachin has shown miracles in the field.Hes the best player in the cricket field.Hes the person with maximum number of centuries taken in one day internationals.So even if Sachin do not perform well in some of the matches, there cant be any substitute for him.Hes been a great player all times and for me he will remain Sachin itself even if he dont perform well in worldcup2007.But all Indians rely a lot on him and expect him to play well and help India win worldcup.
