wat wud hurt u more,a physical attak or a mental attack

mental attacks affects me more this is scientificly proved that any physical problem that comes to u is 90% mentally & 10% physically one more things that those who r affected most by mentally got more chances to become strong mentally every emotional attack gives u to options 1.either go down 2.or rise high

Mental attack will hurt me more than physical.

physical attack will hurtme more,everyone gets hurt by physical attack.Mental attack wont hurt me that much,because i'm a person who can surpass my problems easily. When getting betrayed i get over it easily

mental attack's more hurtfull coz it's harder to fight back when unsure of what it really meant or how to fight back.

Mental or emotional moreso, I think. I don't think I'd like getting beaten up, but I deal better with physical pain than emotional.
