Do you want to live forever?

I saw a documentary recently about some scientists who claimed we will soon have the possibility to extend human lifespan for hundreds of years. There are those who would very much like to be immortal but there are others that suggest this would reduce life's meaning. Death is what gives life its meaning. Without death there would be no point to existence.

i would enjoy extending my life.
it would take the rush off of all the things i want to accomplish
and would also make it possible for me to get a little closer to the answers of all teh questions i have that science simply doesnt have the tools to answer yet.
i want to see the future
to know what it is going to be like in a hundred, 200, 300 years even.
i think, if given the opportunity to extend my life, and have someone i loved that wanted to do the same thing to experience it with, then i would probably take the opportunity in a heartbeat.
