Using different kinds of crumbs and different ice cream flavors and toppings, you can create a variety of super easy summer desserts. Ingredients: 1 prepared graham cracker or cookie crumb crust 4 cups of any flavor ice cream or sorbet, slightly softened 1 cup hot fudge sauce, butterscotch or strawberry whipped cream nuts cherries Layer scoops of ice cream with sauce in pie crust. Cover tightly and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours. Serve with additonal toppings if desired. Serves 8:)
