Do you like or eat organ meats?

I can not eat organ meats. I can't even stand to smell liver while it cooks! Tripe is sold as 'Potted Meat' in our country and I can't stand that either. YUK! I haven't tried kidneys and don't wish to! I do not like chicken livers either. Shew!

My Mom scrambled eggs one morning when I was young,and i ate them and they were good.I ask my Mom what was in the eggs and she said it was brains and eggs..Yuk,I hated the fact that i ate that,and never would again....I used to eat calf liver ...I would cook liver and onions,and that as good,but i don't eat that anymore because i have changed my eating habits and liver is not in my menu...I have never eaten kidneys or tongue....I have a mexican friend and she made menudo,which had tripe and i ate that and i like it,but it is just too fattening so I don't eat that either...I only eat fruit,vegtables,wheat bread,and chicken baked,and fish...as far as meat...I have lost about 40 lbs and will never eat the way i used too..

oh no yuck. My mom used to make a dish called Beuschel, which is lung stew with liver and onions and it's disgusting. I could never eat it, I hated the smell of it. Also no to kidney, tongue, brain, money eyeballs, grilled chicken feet, pork rinde, kangaroo, duck well chicken, beef, pork, turkey. Pass the tofu please.
