I think this new movie would do good in theaters, people are expecting too much from it. I've also seen it's 'making' and I'm really surprised on how they made the special effects, the made a good computer-generated backgrounds and huge elephants. The rest were all puppets and animatronics!;)

lol. thats cool. it worked though! i saw it in theatres just today and the special effects and cgi is almost mind numbing. and about the people expecting too much? i dont know man. i expected A LOT and i was not disappointed at ALL!! the movie is perfect in my opinion.

With the new computer technology we are already seeing the remakes of many of the classics. The remake of "war of the Worlds" and "King Kong" was just the start. I think "300" is just the next in the long line of style revivals and remakes.

indeed. and i would hope as much. i myself am a fond lover of the old style mythatical movies. and they already did try to bring it back with troy but i think 300 puts troy to shame. then again 300 puts all action movies to shame in my opinion :) lol.

Well its a excellent movie and i loved the graphics and story. Its beautifully done and extraordinary movie.
