I've made a blog, what should i do next to earn money out of it?

Because I've read from a post here in mylot that by making a blog, he was able to earn $50-100 dollars.. so, i did the same..lol http://stories-n-more.blogspot.com/ How do i earn money from my blog? And how do i get people to visit it? Any suggestions? I would gladly appreciate it.
