Has anyone ever heard of yoga booty ballet?

I have two different workout videos and really don't do niether one of them like i'm suppose to. One of the name is turbo jam and it's fun but bad on my knees.The other one is the biggest loser dvd and it's cool for now no real problems with the workout but i'm not seeing results and I've been doing it for a while now matter of fact i've gained weigth instead of losing it. I just want to know if anyone has tried this Yoga Booty Ballet and did they get results.
