Discussions become interesting when contradicted!

My personal opinion is discussion is never complete unless contradicted except few exceptions!
It becomes very much interesting to read a discussion with lot many logical contradictions.
Do you enjoy your discussions in this manner or do you like the contradictions?

As long as everything is courteous and friendly, without any personal abuse, a discussion becomes interesting when different opinions are expressed.
A discussion where everyone thinks and says the same is just like talking to yourself and becomes boring.
I have enjoyed some very deep and controversial discussions here on myLot but since some friends are now gone, those discussions seem to be few and far between.

Good to know I'm missed!
I've been very busy and I'm only able to pop in for a few minutes each day. I've reduced my sleep time from five hours to four and half in order to get everything done. I have a few projects which must be finished in three more days. When they are complete I might be able to spend more time here.

I agree as well. Contradictions in a discussion really is insightful and interesting. Spurs knowledge and ideas. =)
