How to play a song on the keyboard?????

Hi folks, I had been taking lessons from a keyboard tutor for a couple of months...now I know to play the major and minor scales and chords. I am on my own now. All this while I have been playing these scales and chords just for the sake of learning them.Now,I want to apply them to play some song....But,I don't know how to proceed. CAN YOU PLEASE GUIDE ME?You may share how you learnt it.
