prepaids???

what do you think about prepaid phones I think they're better if you just want a phone to talk on the prepaid phones dont have email and pictures and all that stuff but they have a voicemail texting and calling people and you dont have to pay like $50 a month for a plan although you might not get free calling on the weekend and things like that but I think it's cheaper because I dont need a phone with cameras and music and email so I just buy like 90 minutes at a time for like 20 bucks and that lasts me about a month sometimes longer, another thing is you can stop using it whenever you want you dont get charge $100 if you cancel and if I get texts it doesnt cost me minutes so I get a lot of text from people does anyone agree with me?

I've got a pre-paid phone,and I get email and yahoo on my phone.I also get text messaging,internet access and mobile to mobile free.I got pre-paid because I don't use my phone a whole lot.I just neede a phone to let my family get a hold of me and also to be able to get help if I needed it.It's almost impossible to find a pay phone anymore and it's 50. for a local call.That's too much.

Prepaid phones are great for people who don't talk much, or don't need the features of a contract phone. I see a lot of people today that keep a prepay phone in the glovebox of their car just for emergencys. They don't want a contract phone to pay all thime, but it's nice to know you have one there if you need it.
