Trojan or spyware?

Have you ever received a Trojan or other virus or spyware using file-sharing programs? How did you remove them?

I don't know what you mean by file shariong program but I downbloaded two of those whopping trojans by getting a pretend email saying win one year of free norton antivirus..get two trojans free!!! Well it didn't say that in the email..but that's what I got instead ..not very nice was it?

Just so you know the blind can lead the blind.... File sharing is where one downloads music or video, uses it for themselves and it is stored on their computer for someone else to come along and take it off by means of the file sharing program. Well I think I'm right...! Thanks for posting Yanji.
