Who is responsible for the poor performance that Pakistan Cricket Team is showing, is it because of Coach Bob Woolmer, Captain Inzimaam Ul Haq, Management (PCB)or the rifts between Management and the team players?

Everyone is responsible for the down fall of cricket team. Nobody is innocent. First it is the Pakistan Cricket Board administrators, who failed to control players and select right players for the tournament then it is the players who do not take responsibilities. They do not care about country pride. They play their own game, they are more concern about earning money. Country pride is not important for them at all. Watch highlights of the game between Pakistan and Ireland you will get your answers. As a ex cricketer at club level I can assure you that Coach Bob Woolmer had done everything right he could. It were the players who did not listen to him and kept playing their own games. You can not blame the coach for this all. If he was some other team and literate players he would have done alot better, South Africa's example is there and yes Inzimam was never a good captain. He is arguably the one of the best players in the world, a hero and when it comes to captaining the side, he is a zero.

First of all we have to find out the real culprit behind the murder of Bob, then everything will come out.A subcommittee should be formed consists coach, manager, captain & vice captain, any decisions should be taken by them collectively. Any failure it is the sole responsibility of this committee and no single individual should be blamed. sk107
