Does anyone know about the formalities in buying a dog from a foreing country. Is it allowed and if yes what procedures have to be followed....Pls help

One good way - when some relative in foreign country is coming to India, ask them to bring a puppy along with them in a basket, put a towel over it so that no one will know whats in the basket! :P
