hanging with my mom

hi, i wanted to ask a question. first of all, when i was young i would always hang out with my mom. i never wanted to be away from her even when she was going to small places. she used to take me with her everywhere when i was a baby (im her youngest) and my brothers would hangout with my dad. well, my problem is that now im 19 and i still hangout with her, is it okay? i mean (like i said), im 19 and im a male. i go work with my dad but when my mom goes to special places, my dad gives me the days off to go with her or if i dont go to work im at school (i dont go all day, because of disability). i go with her to the groceries and to go out and eat. when she goes out with her sister, it is my mom, her sister, my grandma, and my girl cousin, and sometimes my little boy cousin (but he is still a kid). i always end up being the only guy (when my little cousin is not there sometimes). they go places like shopping and stuff. i have given a lot of thoughts to this recently and i asked my mom, is it okay if i hangout with you, even at an old age? she said it was okay but i knew she said it cause she was afraid she might hurt my feelings or something. one day, when she asked me if i wanted to go places i normally go with her, like she asked me if i wanted to go with her to take some papers to my dad in the apartments, i said no. she also asked me if i wanted to go to the grocery store with her but i said no. due to the problem of me being to old to hangout with her, i didnt wanna go. i remember i would go with her because my grandpa and grandma told me to do so because i am all she has (my brothers can go to school for the whole day and my dad is always at work). now that i asked her about me hanging with her, she made it seem as if i really didnt have to hang with her, only if i wanted to. i then noticed my grandparents told me this cause i was young and were trying to teach me about how i supposed to obey my parents. now i have the doubts about hanging with her, but hanging with her is really cool for me but im afraid im too old already. am i too old to hangout with her, even if i go with her and her sister, my grandma, and my girl cousin. should i even belong there? i go to school and work (like a man) just not everyday my dad needs help and i go to school for like an hour. i just want to know if it is okay to hangout with her or not anymore cause im old.
